Chargrilled Turkey Breast with a Lime and Coriander

Ingredients
- ½ lime - grated rind and juice
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 15ml (1tbsp) fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 15ml (1tbsp) olive oil
- 225g (8oz) The Co-operative healthy choice turkey breast steaks
Method
- Place lime rind and juice, garlic, coriander, chilli and olive oil in a glass bowl.
- Mix together to combine.
- Add turkey steaks and toss to coat.
- Leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Barbecue over hot coals or griddle in a griddle pan for 3 minutes each side until cooked through.
- Serve with crusty bread and salad.
