Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 The Co-operative corn on the cobs
- 50g butter, softened
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 1tbsp coriander, chopped
- Juice of 1/2. lime
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 190C / gas mark 5.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Pop in the corn of the cobs and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile tear 4 sheets of tin foil big enough to wrap one piece of corn.
- Carefully lift out the corns and place onto the foil. In small bowl thoroughly mix the butter, chilli, coriander and lime-juice. Spread the butter over the corns and seal in the tin foil. Place onto a baking tray and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve in the foil and get your fingers messy!
