Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 60g white sugar
  • 1 litre cranberry juice
  • 500ml pineapple juice
  • 2 or 3 tablespooons almond extract
  • 2 litres ginger ale

Method

  1. In a large container, mix together sugar, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Refrigerate for one day.
  2. To serve, pour juice mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale.

This is a non alcoholic punch.
