Stilton and Tomato Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 x 375g pack ready-made puff pastry
- 10 cherry tomatoes, each sliced into 3
- 75g (2 3/4oz) The Co-operative stilton, crumbled
Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.

Cut pastry into 10 rectangles. Place onto 2 baking trays. Top with Stilton, keeping pastry edges clear. Place tomato slices on top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm or cold.
