Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200ml low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 300ml semi skimmed milk
  • 6 large ice cubes.

Method

  1. Peel and roughly chop the bananas.
     
  2. Place all the ingredients into a liquidiser.
     
  3. Blitz for about 20 seconds until smooth then pour into tall glasses to serve.
     
  4. A delicious way to start the day.
