King Prawn Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 300g The Co-operative fresh free-range egg noodles
- 300g The Co-operative Chinese-style stir-fry vegetables
- 200g The Co-operative responsibly sourced king prawns
- 150g The Co-operative sweet chilli and garlic stir-fry sauce
- Handful of fresh coriander (if desired)
Method
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a non-stick wok or large frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables and prawns on a high heat for 2mins.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is heated through and bubbling.
- Add the noodles to the prawns and vegetable mixture and stir in. If using coriander, scatter over the top and serve immediately.
