Radish, Potato and Halloumi Salad

Ingredients
- 450g new potatoes
- 200g spinach
- 150g radishes
- 250g halloumi
- Chives
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Plain flour
- 2 chillies
Method
- Cut the potatoes in to halves and boil until tender.
- Arrange the potatoes on four plates with spinach, sliced radishes and a few chopped chives.
- Dip the sliced halloumi in plain flour and fry for a few minutes on each side, add to the salad.
- Whisk 1 tbsp of olive oil with the juice and zest of the lemon, two chopped chillies and black pepper then drizzle over.
