Central England Co-op has launched an extra special Christmas competition which will see one lucky shopper win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Lapland to meet Santa himself.

In the run up to Christmas, the retailer is saying ‘thank you’ to its customers and members for their support during 2019 by giving something back with a huge giveaway of over 2,000 delicious Co-op festive products, when £5 is spent in store.

On top of that, one lucky shopper will win a magical trip to Lapland worth up to £4,000 for them and their family thanks to The Co-operative Travel, including flights, transfers and three nights hotel stay.

Paul Dale, Head of Travel at Central England Co-op, said: “Christmas is a truly magical time of the year and for many families the dream Christmas break is a trip to Lapland to see Santa.

“At Central England Co-op we are delighted to help make this dream a reality for one lucky family as a thank you to our customers and members who have supported us throughout the year.

“This really is a special prize that will prove to be an unforgettable experience for the winner, but we are also delighted to be able to reward our customers and members with a range of other fantastic gifts to make this Christmas truly special.”

Among the many festive activities on offer on the trip to Lapland are husky and reindeer sled and snowmobile rides, activities in Santa’s Park including gingerbread decorating and Christmas card making, before the truly unforgettable opportunity to meet Santa and his reindeer.
