Central England Co-op Travel collects donations for Ormiston Families, in Santa’s Suitcase appeal
Central England Co-operative Travel is again collecting donations of toys, games and puzzles for families in stretched circumstances this Christmas, to help the Ormiston Families Charity.
The store in March will be collecting donations from now until 15 December, to support children, young people and families in the area to manage the challenges they face and improve their life chances. March Travel Branch has been supporting this charity for some years, and firmly believe in the work it does in the local area for local families.
Natasha Thatcher, Branch Manager at the March Travel Branch said: “Year after year the local community come together and continue to be amazingly generous. We love that we have helped to make a difference for some children who would otherwise have very little this Christmas. We just want to help as many families as possible.”
The Santa’s Suitcase initiative has been a great success for the Society, and each Central England Co-operative Travel store chooses the charity that it collects for and donates to.
If you would like to help by donating any of the items needed, please do go into the Central England Co-operative Travel Branch at 34 Broad Street, March PE15 8TG and speak to the team. The closing date for donations is 5pm on 15 December 2018.
