The Rolls Royce of Funeral Directing. We were looked after extremely well by all members involved.
We received an excellent service from funeral care littleover, the funeral administrator Sue was brilliant, showing compassion, kindness and sincerity throughout the whole process of organising our dads funeral.
I was so impressed with the service I received they were so professional and sorted everything with no fuss or pressure and Sue was so pleasant and put us at ease every step of the way .

Pleasant and helpful staff. All of the family's requests were met. Very professional - but personalised - service was provided at all stages of the process..
I have already completed the paper copy. My thanks go in particular to Sue Tier who made such a difficult time a little easier to deal with.
Could not gave made the experience any better. In unfortunate circumstances and with several complications we were helped every step of the way. Charlotte spent so much time helping us through this difficult process with a willingness that is uncommon nowadays. We cannot thank her and all the Co-op staff enough. From the whole Kitson family
I was very pleased with the service shown me during this sad time. I have used this location before and was happy to return to them again this time. Very professional.
Very welcoming. Lots of support from the staff- made to feel at ease. Never rushed. All questions answered. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent.
Maureen and Charlotte were excellent, due to our own personal circumstances I believe visiting the chapel should only be available to the immediate family the day before the funeral. If someone has a baby for the limo then you need to make it clear you do not supply the baby chair.
