very professional company and also simperthetic
Nothing but praise for the handling of my Sister-in -Laws funeral. Staff were very helpful and thoughtful for my feelings.
Graeme was very kind helpful and considerate and made a very traumatic time bearable. Highly recommended and rated David
I was very pleased with our initial meeting with George, who went out of his way to make us feel cared for. He explained different steps and the process of arranging mum's funeral. He did forget to mention that the deposit needed to be paid in advance but realised his mistake and emailed me later the same day. My sister and I did request that a friend of mum's could officiate at the service and George tried his utmost to fulfill this. Sue contacted me as we had not selected an order of service sheet from the possible choices at the initial meeting. I felt informed and supported throughout the process in a positive and professional way. When there were family problems they both kept me regularly updated through emails.
The funeral directors were very pleasant and helpful, and we were able to arrange the funeral to take place quite quickly. However I had to contact them quite some time afterwards to find out how much money for charity had been collected in lieu of flowers.

Did what we wanted for Mum's funeral. My only criticisms would be that when they contacted me to say mum's ashes were ready to be collected, they described them very impersonally as "the cremated remains", and that it seems to be difficult to get points on a Co-op card now (unless you've got exactly the right one)!
