Very well done, wonderful service as one would expect from cooperative services
Everything was what we wanted at funeral and had a lot of support
Excellent all round. Very caring. Took care of every aspect. Anticipated all our needs.
Amazing people. Looked after us extremely well. Highly recommend
I honestly feel the service I received was poor. Loss of a loved one is always difficult, respecting the deceased wishes for a simple and cheap funeral we used the 'direct cremation' package for £1,100 Unfortunately they wouldn't book a slot at the crem until I completed the paperwork and paid, I was not allowed to do this over the phone and so requested the paperwork to be mailed to me. This didn't arrive so I had to drive there and do it in person (despite living the other side of the country), I was then told off for bringing the green form from the registrar which I was given. I was asked who would collect the ashes and listed my sister. The crem then refused to release the ashes to her, despite her being named on the form. A month later the paperwork arrived in the mail after I had to pay due to insufficient postage. When you need an efficient and caring funeral director to help you through a difficult time, I honestly felt let down and stressed. I don't know if this neglect was because I followed the wishes of my mother for a cheap funeral or just general incompetence. I would advise you to look for an alternative funeral director if possible.Read Response
Everyone we met there were very pleasant, supportive and professional. Cannot think of anything which could have been done better.

We were guided and very well supported throughout.
The service we received was excellent. Jessica Gale was the lady that looked after us and we couldn't have asked for a kinder or more considerate person to help us. She was only a young girl but her professionalism was excellent. On the day of the funeral all went very well and we were looked after by a gentleman named John, a lovely professional man.
